I have been lucky to explore the wellness world in a variety of roles. One insight that has come from over a decade of teaching is that all aspects of our “being well” in life are connected. Often the “medicine” we need is completely unique to you, rarely a pill, and almost always right at hand. It is also simpler than the mind wants it to be. The practices I share become your tools to maintain positive balance as life carries you into the next unknown adventure.

Many people come to integration to stretch or breathe or feel better in their body. Most people quickly realise that the work is about awareness of energetic patterns and taking back personal authority, power, and response-ability.

With the physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional all considered equivalent in our integration; we can expand ones’ capacity all at once and watch the life potential unfold from a greater awareness.
